Order Processing Time

All our products are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to produce and process your order before it is shipped.

Processing times are not included in the shipping time estimates. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping to the United States and selected international destinations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs, carrier issues, or high order volumes, which are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Prideinapparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages

Prideinapparel is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
