You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a full refund or an exchange.

Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- With all original tags and labels attached.
- In its original packaging.
Please note that items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return (It’s Easy!)
- Step 1 – Start Your Return: Simply send an email to our support team at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
- Step 2 – Receive Your Prepaid Label: We’ll email you a prepaid return label along with instructions.
- Step 3 – Ship It Back: Print the label, package your item securely, and drop it off.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Oops! If we made a mistake and you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. To help us resolve this quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
