Ordering & Production

What does “Made-to-Order” mean?

Unlike traditional retailers that sell mass-produced items from a warehouse, we use a Made-to-Order (MTO) model. This means your item is not created until you place your order.

This approach allows us to ensure the highest quality control for each piece and significantly reduces industrial waste, making it a more sustainable choice for the planet.

How long does it take to make my order?

Since every item is printed and stitched specifically for you, please allow 1-3 business days for our production team to create your product before it is shipped.

Note: During high-volume holiday seasons, production times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience!
Can I change or cancel my order?

We pride ourselves on fast processing. Because your order goes into production quickly, you have a 6-hour window immediately after placing your order to request any changes (address updates, size changes) or cancellations.

Please email us immediately at [store_email] with your Order Number. After 6 hours, your order is likely already in production and cannot be modified.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping times?

Once your order has passed our quality check and is handed over to the carrier (after the 1-3 day production time), estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (USA): 7-10 business days.
  • International: 10-14 business days.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

How do I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your package directly on our Track Your Order page. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the tracking status after you receive the email.

My package is marked “Delivered” but I can’t find it.

We understand this can be frustrating! We recommend the following steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members to see if they accepted it.
  2. Look around your delivery area (porch, garage, back door) for a hidden spot.
  3. Contact your local post office or the carrier directly for the most up-to-date GPS delivery coordinates.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will make it right—completely free of charge.
