DMCA Policy (Notice and Takedown Procedure)

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed is not infringing, you may send a written counter-notification (“Counter-Notice”) to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. 4. Repeat Infringer Policy

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
